Peckham Palace is an ambitious new nightlife and hospitality concept located in one of Peckham’s most iconic buildings. The project’s aim was to help secure funding and approval by developing a full vision and identity for this multi-layered destination, bringing a fresh cultural hub to one of London’s most dynamic areas. The building, formerly known as Peckham Palais, carries rich history, and the new concept reinvents it as a four-storey venue combining bar, club, dining and live music.

We developed a full investor presentation that blends narrative, brand vision and architectural storytelling.

The design direction draws inspiration from the building’s historic roots, with a strong influence from the 1970s, referencing both the interior design approach and the building’s original era of cultural relevance.
The visual language balances energy and clarity, designed to excite and inform potential investors. The identity is led by bold typography, rich textures and a retro-inspired colour palette that feels both nostalgic and highly contemporary. The layouts guide the viewer through the document in a deliberate, engaging sequence, ensuring complex information is delivered with clarity and flow.
By combining cultural relevance, strong storytelling and a highly considered visual direction, the result is a fully immersive brand and pitch document that positions Peckham Palace as a landmark addition to Peckham’s evolving hospitality and nightlife scene.
