Shearwater House is a Grade A office building located on Richmond Green, offering high quality modern office accommodation in a highly desirable part of London. The brief was to deliver a full suite of marketing materials for the building’s launch, including brochure design, website and HTML emailers.
We developed a clean, contemporary visual language that reflects the architecture’s sharp lines and high specification interiors.
The design makes use of generous white space and carefully curated photography, allowing the building’s refined finishes and natural light to take centre stage. The result is a cohesive, modern brand presentation that positions Shearwater House as an exceptional workspace in one of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
